Our Story
Soap Joi is a home-based hand made soap experience. With our hands we create joyful soaps that are purifying, moisturizing, and healing. Our desire is to include natural ingredients to reduce chemically complex or toxicities from daily experience. Therefore, products are made with dehydrated flowers, natural exfoliants and moisturizers, and are infused with fragrant essential oils. Click the link below and explore our products.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Most orders shipped via Standard USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Packages are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Most standard orders are delivered within 4-6 business days from the order's ship date (please add 4-6 extra days for deliveries to Canada). Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 5-12 business days of the order's ship date.
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Unfortunately, due to many climate areas, we cannot be responsible for products melting during the shipping process. Please be prepared to provide as much proof of any spills or damaged items before returning. We will happily accommodate you.
