1. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every Bodi by Joi product is handcrafted in small batches with premium ingredients to ensure luxury, quality, and care in every jar, bottle, and bar.
2. Do your products contain preservatives or harsh chemicals?
Never. We prioritize clean, skin-loving ingredients and avoid parabens, sulfates, and synthetic preservatives. Your skin deserves the best—nothing less.
3. Can I use your products on sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Many of our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use, especially for new blends or essential oils.
4. How does the custom oil process work?
You choose one base scent and up to three accent oils. We hand-blend your selection into a luxe body oil that’s uniquely yours. Each bottle is made fresh upon order.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom blends may take an extra day or two to ensure perfection. Shipping times vary based on location.
6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
7. Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Some essential oils may not be recommended during pregnancy or while nursing. Please consult with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products.
